General Policies

  1. One person from each profession.
  2. Annual Membership fee $50.00 (due with application).  The second year membership fee will be pro-rated so all memberships will be due January 1st.
  3. Only 6 allowable absences per year.
  4. Visitors may attend 2 meetings prior to submitting their application for membership.  If for any reason the application is not acceptable for membership, the $50.00 annual fee will be refunded.  The committee is allowed 10 days to accept/decline each application.
  5. If any member has a conflict with a visitor/new members occupation, they must contact a member of the committee within seven (7) days of new members application or visitation to the group.
  6. Officers hold their position for a six (6) month term.  Officers are:
    • President - Runs our meetings.
    • Vice President -- Lead tracking.
    • Treasurer -- Collection of membership fees and pays expenses.
    • Secretary -- Attendance and meeting minutes.
    • Membership Chair -- Chairs the membership committee and handles complaints or concerns.
  7. Policies and fees of group are subject to change at the end of each six (6) month period coinciding with the officer elections -- all members will be notified of these changes.
  8. March 1 and September 1 begin new terms.  At that time new officers will be voted in by all members.
  9. At each meeting, each member will report leads generated from the group.  Leads are required by all members.  Anyone receiving a lead prior to each meeting will be responsible for reporting those leads which they have received.  Any leads to be given at the meeting will be presented at the time also.
  10. Leads will be generated thru "lead cards" given by each member.  Business cards of all members will be available at each meeting.
  11. Meetings will be held 2nd and 4th Friday of every month.
